All of the SAML schemas are from OASIS (pretty much everything in the
opensaml/schemas directory).
All of them were copied over vebatim from the specifications, and none of
them generally have an explicit copyright on them. For example, the official
specification ZIP file here:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/v2.0/saml-2.0-os.zip
In the case of the SAML schemas, the SP will simply blow up if they aren't
present, because basic configuration is always validated right now, and it
imports some of them.
If this presents a problem, the solution would be to get some kind of
clarification on the terms.
