    Work around missing #include in xmltooling/io/HTTPRequest.h
    
    This XMLTooling-C bug is already fixed upstream, see
    https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/CPPXT-12
    In the short term it's quicker to work around it here
    until the new release arrives.
