I should clarify...of course you can do it, you just have to rename
everything. This strikes me as a waste of time. Just package 2.0 in place of
1.3 as an upgrade (opensaml included), or wait until the next OS release and
make the transition then. That's how I treated the RPMs.

Also, there are some small file layout changes in the new package that may
be relevant, but since I don't know anything about Debian packaging, I don't
know what to highlight. (There's no use of libexec anymore, for example.)
