Scott, can you please confirm that it is safe to remove the reference to 
WS-Trust.xsd? If it is then why is it there at all?

Strange that with 2.1 the reference to the non-existent WS-Trust schema 
causes a warning message (at least with shibd -t) while it wasn't the case 
with 2.0.
