Well, it would be nice to have an accurate license since right now we're
saying that it's under the Apache 2.0 license (by default, because that's
what the whole package is covered by).  But that's reassuring.

Yeah, the WS-Trust thing is separate and is likely to be harder to change
the license on, I expect.
