I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but it looks like binNMUs were just
done for armel and ia64, so I'm continuing to hold off on uploading
opensaml2 until xml-security-c and xmltooling are in better shape in the
archive.  hppa also hasn't built any of the packages yet, although it's in
general not keeping up, so it doesn't bother me as much.
