Plans for Shibboleth SP 2.1 debian packages

Just as a data point, the SUSE build service does include some support for
generating Debian (and Ubuntu) .deb packages and one option might be to find
somebody to work on that end "outside" of the normal Debian structured
process just to at least produce viable packages for patching until the real
ones show up.

If my experience with the RPMs is any guide, that's not going to be trivial
to do at all, but I'm willing to provide assistance and eventually include
them in the main project builds there once they work.
