Shibboleth 2.x packages updated in unstable

Debian unstable should now have all the current versions of the Shibboleth
packages.  I've done some light testing, but haven't been able to do
anything that comprehensive since we'll be doing our Shibboleth 2.x
upgrade later this fall.  If anyone is in a position to test with
unstable, please do.

As soon as all of the builds are done, I'll be asking the release team to
push the Shibboleth packages into testing, after which we can do the
backports for lenny.

I still need to work on security updates for lenny and etch for the recent
security advisories too.
