Russ Allbery (19):
      * Depend on autotools-dev and copy config.{sub,guess} unconditionally.
      * Update debian/copyright to include an explicit copyright statement, a
      * Improve the package long descriptions.
      * Update standards version to 3.7.2 (no changes required).
      These shouldn't be necessary.
      Remove a bunch of unnecessary comments and switch to version three.
      * Depend on libcurl3-openssl-dev to match unstable.
      * Use quilt to manage patches.
      Depend on the quilt patch and unpatch targets appropriately.
      * Also build an opensaml-schemas package containing the SAML schemas
      * Rename the binary package names to match the library SONAMEs.
      Don't update these in the Debian diff; we're going to update them during
      Remove rules for files the package doesn't build.
      Install files into opensaml-schemas properly.
      Fix pastos in the long description.
      Fix the dependency in the -dev package for the package renaming and use
      Add bug closer for the ITP.
      Backport upstream security fix for malformed URL parsing
      Finalize changes for 1.1a-2+etch1
