Hello,

apache should be restarted after install/upgrade.

I experienced weird issues after the upgrade from lenny stable to lenny backports.
"xmltooling::IOException at
(https://somehost.ppke.hu/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST)
URL is malformed."

Apache restart resolved it.
