Generally, yes, it should most likely be reassigned to src:gcc-4.5.
It's probably worth attempting a build on one of the armel porter boxes,
partly to confirm that the same failure occurs there and partly as a way
of gathering more information.  If the bug is reassigned, the sorts of
information which the GCC package maintainers have requested in the past
include:

- preprocessed source from a failing build
- does the same source build with the previous compiler version (i.e.
gcc-4.4) and/or newer versions (gcc-4.6, gcc-snapshot)?
- does building with a lower optimisation level "fix" the ICE?
