Yeah, I was going down that path, and then realized that we have a patch
to build it against g++ 4.4 which apparently works, so I'll just do that.
Sorry, had a horrid week and am kind of out of it and not thinking
clearly.

Thanks for the mention, though; I could well have forgotten that.
