Status of Shibboleth packaging

Russ, would you please build the SP with --with-gssapi?  That would get
me out of the business of maintaining unofficial builds of slightly
hacked up Shibboleth.  I'll be happy to upload the resolver library (as
moonshot is the only current consumer) but it would be really great not
to have to package the SP separately.

My apologies for not having the time to work on this the way I said I
would when I signed up.

Other aspects of moonshot have shall we say been more time consuming.
Ask about Windows code signing for kernel drivers some time with
sufficient lubrication.
