Stepping down from Shibboleth package maintenance

Thanks for the work you've done on these. I can offer some effort to
help maintain them, but don't want to do it all by any means - while I
help to look after our Shib IDP (and some SPs) at work, they're most not
on Debian-based platforms. Obviously, if we could get the IdP into the
next Debian release, this might make things easier!

Apropos of this, all the build-dependencies are now in unstable. I got
as far with the IdP itself that it builds from source, and installs the
idp .jar and a maven artifact. Results of that are here:

Russ already has packaging that turns upstream's binaries into .debs here:

http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-shibboleth/shibboleth-idp2.git

...which means that most of the building blocks are probably now extant,
they "just" need sensibly combining.

It's looking quite unlikely that I'll have the time to do this myself
before the freeze, so would very much appreciate anyone who does have
some spare effort to achieve that!
