New upstream version of libapache2-mod-shib2: 2.5.3

Hi,

there is a new upstream version (2.5.3) of libapache2-mod-shib2 is available at http://shibboleth.net/downloads/service-provider/latest/.
This release fixes bug https://issues.shibboleth.net/jira/browse/SSPCPP-603 which leads to error 500 in Apache 2.4 configurations with multiple authentication options.

packages.debian.org currently only lists version 2.5.2.
