Hi Russ,
If you can spare the time, I'd be grateful for your review of the above
changes pushed to Alioth. My primary objective is fixing the
outstanding security bug in xmltooling, but decided to refresh the whole
stack and taking care of the libstdc++ transition at the same time.
I've already prepared the xmltooling changes as well, but wanted to get
xml-security-c reviewed before pushing those. The package is also
available on mentors: https://mentors.debian.net/package/xml-security-c.
