I secretly hoped you would chime in with some info about the cpp-sp
repository migration.  Indeed it does not matter right now, but I'm very
happy to hear that we can count on cpp-sp stepping in.  This makes
xml-security-c the only outlier of the SP stack, we can apply the same
workflow for packaging the other components.
