XMLTooling packaging repository conversion

I got there before reading your mail, and chose to insert an exit 0 into
the post-receive hook instead, as I wasn't permitted to chmod -x.  Looks
like it worked well enough, and I've just restored the file.  I pushed
everything with the hook disabled (I didn't want to risk sending out
hunderds of useless messages to the list).

The XMLTooling packaging repository conversion is complete now.
