Please assign BSA number to shibboleth-sp CVE-2015-2684

Hi Backports Team,

Please assign a BSA number for our future shibboleth-sp2
2.5.3+dfsg-2~bpo70+1 upload.  The corresponding stable issue was
DSA-3207-1, the fixed package 2.5.3+dfsg-2 in unstable is already
unblocked for jessie.
