libsystemd-daemon package name change

Hi Scott,

In systemd 209, the various systemd utility libraries were merged into a
single libsystemd library.  The old libraries, amongst them
libsystemd-daemon, are only built with --enable-compat-libs, and this
option was dropped in Debian revision 226-3.  So we have to migrate the
SP to the new library name.  If you are able to drop the old name
completely, this can be achieved by a patch like:
