OpenSAML 2.6.0 packaging?

Yes, 2.6.0 is already packaged.  I'm working on the SP right now, and
once that builds with the new OpenSAML package, they can be uploaded to
experimental.  Uploading to unstable will require a transition after the
packages get through the NEW queue.
