    Updated dependencies to OpenSAML 2.6 and XMLTooling 1.6

    These versions are listed in the RPM spec file as dependencies.

    Also bumped required versions of shibboleth-sp2-utils and
    shibboleth-sp2-common to 2.6 to be in sync with the source package.

Can I take these new commits in the backports? (otherwise I'll have to
base the jessie-backport branch on an earlier commit) I guess not, if
they have to go in a new package revision.

Thanks. I'll proceed with that backport after pushing my dependencies
changes to debian/master.
