RFS: xmltooling/1.6.0-3~bpo8+1

Hi Ferenc,

I've backported xmltooling 1.6.0-3 for jessie and uploaded it at
https://mentors.debian.net/package/xmltooling. Could you please review
it and upload it further?

I've changed the build-depends version constraint on
libxml-security-c-dev as you suggested. Nothing else was needed in order
to compile the source. I'm attaching a git bundle with my new commits on
debian/master and debian/jessie-backports.

xmltooling (1.6.0-3~bpo8+1) jessie-backports; urgency=medium

  * Rebuild for jessie-backports.
  * [b41ff9e] Add myself to uploaders
  * [77c4330] Slightly relax the build dependency on libxml-security-c-dev.
    Append a tilde to the required version (>= 1.7.3-3~) so that the
    backported version (1.7.3-3~bpo8+1) can satisfy the dependency
    (otherwise 1.7.3-3~bpo8+1 < 1.7.3-3).
