xmltooling, wheezy and skipping tests

Hmm... as a developer, I'm reluctant to disable the whole test suite
(that's our safety net, after all) just for a few failing tests. Could
we delete the networked ones in a patch?

Do you know what would happen if those networked tests were to run on
Debian's build servers with networking disabled?
