stretch-backports of 2.6.1

Hi Ferenc,

I've backported the three packages comprising the latest SP release to
stretch, uploaded them on mentors and pushed their respective
'debian/stretch-backports' branches.

xmltooling 1.6.2-1~bpo9+1

opensaml2 2.6.1-1~bpo9+1
https://mentors.debian.net/package/opensaml2

shibboleth-sp2 2.6.1+dfsg1-1~bpo9+1
https://mentors.debian.net/package/shibboleth-sp2

Now, given that all three are (again) flagged for autoremoval from
testing, is it allowed to upload them to the archive? (xmltooling 1.6.2
isn't even in testing, so for that one backports aren't allowed yet) If
not, they will patiently wait for their turn... :)
