Hmm not much of a point, really... Just making sure that people using
backports get a security-fixed xmltooling.
Isn't there xmltooling 1.6.2-1~bpo9+1 in stretch-backports already? (and
1.6.0-3~bpo8+2 in jessie-backports) so 1.6.3-1 wouldn't be the only
candidate. Though apt will upgrade to 1.6.3-1, so yeah... no big deal. ;)
