Hi,

Debian won't distribute the package before it's approved, and I wouldn't
like to push it to Salsa before that either.  However, I now published
it at http://apt.niif.hu/shib/ temporarily.  Testing is much appreciated.
I really didn't expect it to spend three weeks on the queue.
