shibboleth-sp 3.x package sources?

Lots of other packages are stuck the same way.  Looking at the graphs, I
guess the FTP masters took a break of had more pressing issues.  They
seem to be catching up, though.  The queue does get long occasionally.
I don't know their workflow, whether they prioritize older uploads or
tend to ignore them instead.  The SP is the only package in the
Shibboleth stack with copyright issues, which may be a factor as well.
I haven't ever hit such a long delay yet, so no experience here...
