Shibboleth-SP 3.0.4 update

Hello there!

Shibboleth released a bugfix to its SP, version 3.0.4, to address a
security issue detailed at
https://shibboleth.net/community/advisories/secadv_20190311.txt.

I'm still running Debian 8/Jessie for the next few months.  Do you plan to
update the packages for Jessie, or is this something that I need to
investigate for myself?
