Obviously no plans to create anything in that namespace. Right now all we plan to do is rename master to main. There was some discussion of renaming the maint branches so that ma<TAB> wouldn't find them but for now we're just leaving them as is.

I will let Ian know and I'll let the list know when we've completed the renames. We'll do all of them in a set to get it over with.
