I've confirmed that moonshot-gss-eap will only need a binnmu to build. I wasn't able to easily run its tests because experimental is kind of messed up at a moment with a broken libssl-dev, and I wasn't able to fiddle and get autopkgtest to do the right thing. I'd be fine uploading to unstable at this point.
