Hi Sam,

Xmltooling, opensaml and shibboleth-sp 3.1 all passed the NEW queue and
are staged in experimental.  Do shibboleth-resolver and moonshot-gss-eap
require additional synchronization before the SP stack enters unstable?
Shall we wait until you upload shibboleth-resolver 3.1, or have you got
other plans for the transition?
