xmltooling 3.2.0 and opensaml 3.2.0 backports for buster

I pushed to new branches in shibboleth-sp:

  - edm/debian/buster-backports for 3.2.1 (3.2.1+dfsg1-1~bpo10+1)
    This needs xmltooling and opensaml 3.2.0 in buster-backports
    (they're in the NEW queue) and shibboleth-sp 3.2.1 in testing (not
    migrated yet).

  - edm/debian/stretch-backports for the security update to
    stretch-backports (3.0.4+dfsg1-1+deb10u1~bpo9+1)

I'll update stretch-backports-sloppy after 3.2.1 has arrived in
buster-backports.

Can you please review and upload those?
I also opened merge requests on Salsa, is it useful?
