Hi Scott,
I've got a couple of issues to bring up concerning the Shibboleth SP,
but I apparently lost access to my JIRA account, so decided to ask you
personally where to take these.
1. JIRA account: can I get access to my old one again? I'm the reporter
of https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/CPPXT-13 for example,
without the encoding error in the surname.
2. Some of the patches in the Debian package would be suitable for
upstream in my opinion. If you'd rather review them not at
https://salsa.debian.org/shib-team/shibboleth-sp2/-/commits/for_upstream
please state your preferred place.
3. GCC 11 defaults to C++17 which does not allow dynamic exception
specifications (https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-11/porting_to.html), breaking
the build of the SP stack. GCC 11 isn't the default compiler in
Debian yet, but probably will be by next year, so I'd like to know
where you stand.

Hope you're doing well.
Regards,
Feri
