Thanks for your insights, Russ.  Meanwhile shibboleth-sp passed the NEW
queue in 17 hours, so I'm amazed.  Now, Sam, are you ready to upload
shibboleth-resolver and moonshot-gss-eap quickly after the shibboleth-sp
unstable upload?  If the Release Team approves, of course, I haven't
asked yet... Here both built as-is with SP 3.4.1, but you might want to
merge some cleanups or whatever.  Or shall I ask for binNMUs instead?
