[Pkg-sssd-devel] Bug#915609: sssd does not start with tr_TR.UTF-8 locale

I am using debian 10 alpha3.

I configured a single locale tr_TR.UTF-8 and made it default.

With that configuration sssd did not start logging:

(Mon Nov 12 12:15:04 2018) [sssd] [add_new_provider] (0x0010): Could not get provider configuration for [default]

in /var/log/sssd/sssd.conf file.

When I removed tr_TR.UTF-8 locale and made en_US.UTF-8 as the default 
locale it started as expected.
