[Pkg-sssd-devel] Bug#949671: Acknowledgement (PyPamTest is linked with a libpamtest relative path)

After further investigation this is due to the debian patch no-soname.diff

Any rationale to keep it?
Upstream version just works fine, we can probably fix the issue in other
way with some CMake flags, though.
