[Pkg-sssd-devel] Enable salsa pipeline for *-wrapper?

I got aproval from gcs to adopt these two into sssd-team as well.  Can
you add him Salsa?  Username 'gcs'.

Interestingly, gitlab permissions are such that I can create new
projects under sssd-team, but not administrate them...  meanwhile I fork
the projects as jas/resolv-wrapper etc and do CICD there.
