The attached patch fixes the prctl() testcase for alpha
and sparc64.

The prctl(PR_SET_SECCOMP, SECCOMP_MODE_FILTER, NULL, ...)
syscall may return EFAULT (on most arches) or EINVAL on
alpha and sparc64.
