I noticed that myself - but only at 4am, too tired to solve it.

Second issue about broken symlink stems from sugar-toolkit assuming 
icons to be below $XDG_DATA_HOME (sugar3.bundle.activitybundle line 352) 
which I will try work around by setting that env variable - but I fear 
there's more to it and I will need to either a) patch that code to 
better handle system-shipped activities and data, or b) add workarounds 
in CDBS to massage/strip those bogus-for-systemwide-installs symlinks at 
package build time.

First issue is that Etoys predates sugar-artwork-0.104 and both ships 
one of the icons: I will probably have Etoys activity package suppress 
inclusion of that icon, and instead recommend sugar-*-icon-theme.
