True those packages exist.  Please, however, be more cautious - i.e. 
warn more loudly when suggesting non-developers to switch from official 
to unofficial package sources!

I *only* host packages outside of Debian to ease _development_ of 
Debian, they are *not* for production use!  As an example, I serve those 
packages without secure verification, so you cannot really know for sure 
if NSA or some other bad guy on the internet replaces those packages and 
injects evil code to take over your machine.
