[Pkg-swan-devel] network-manager-strongswan 1.3.1, handing over maintenance

Yves-Alexis,

As discussed with Tobias, I'd prefer to hand over maintenance of the
NetworkManager plugin Debian package for strongSwan to the Debian
strongSwan Maintainers team. I'm not very skilled at these things, and
handling that package along with the ones from strongSwan is probably
better. Of course we are willing to look at any issues upstream, as we
handle things for the core strongSwan packages.

I've created a new 1.3.1 upstream release, updated the Debian package
one more time, fixed #741415, and updated Maintainer/Uploaders in the
package to the requested team/persons.

Let me know if this is acceptable for your team; the new source package
is attached, kindly asking to review and consider uploading.

Thanks for your continued effort to improve the strongSwan experience on
Debian.
