I have sponsored previous uploads of the package, and hereby define it 
free for NMUs. If you actively use the package and can fix the bug, then 
please feel free to NMU (I don't use it personally at this time).

Both would be fine from my point of view. We have already discussed to 
integrate the network-manager plugin into the pkg-swan team maintenance, 
but AFAIK it hasn't happened so far.
