[Pkg-swan-devel] Client does not show save password dialog

Hi

The "strongswan-plugin-eap-mschapv2" package does not invoke the save 
password dialog. This confirmed and reproducible on Ubuntu 14.04.2 and 
Mint 17.2. More info here:
