As far as I know, systemd support /is/ enabled by default,
and /lib/systemd/system/strongswan.service in strongswan-starter seems to
confirm this.

swanctl is not enabled yet because I didn't yet find the time to investigate
exactly how it works and what it does, but that's something on my list.
