[Pkg-swan-devel] Bug#813788: Bug#813788: please enable charon-systemd support

I am missing the charon-systemd file. Apparently thats the *real*
systemd service. strongswan.service is just a wrapper to start
the usual charon, similar to the sysv init script.

AFAICS swanctl is a tool to control charon using a new "vici"
interface.

I have to get familiar with these new features as well. Thats the
reason I created #813788. It would be very nice if you could add
the new features to the configure options.

If you think this is too hot for unstable, then I would suggest
to create an experimental version, or to keep the new features
inside a separate binary package.

BTW, severity should be "wishlist". I forgot.
