Dear Maintainer,

commit 290d5aa4fa5e888c51b1abce745399366dda46f5 in pkg-swan/strongswan
disabled mediation, medsrv and medcli because the clearsilver build-dep
FTBFS.

mediation is an IKE feature and does not depend on clearsilver.
medsrv and medcli are frontends to allow mediation configuration through
a web interface and depend on clearsilver.

I am using the mediation IKE feature and would like to continue using it
in the future.

Please reenable the mediation IKE feature during build.
