Hi,

the libnm-glib/libnm-util libraries have been deprecated upstream in
favour of libnm.

Your package declares a Build-Depends on libnm-glib-dev,
libnm-glib-vpn-dev, libnm-util-dev and network-manager-dev.

Please port strongswan to use libnm instead. The API of libnm [1] is
very similar to the old API provided by libnm-glib/libnm-util so a port
should be relatively straightforward.

Regards,
Michael
