[Pkg-swan-devel] strongSwan moving to Gitlab/salsa.debian.org

Hi,

I'm intending to move the strongSwan git repository to gitlab on
salsa.debian.org. Is there any objection to this?

My plan are to drop the pkg-swan part and directly put the strongSwan
repository in the Debian group, but I can be persuaded to create a swan group
if really someone thinks it's a good idea.
