[Pkg-swan-devel] Bug#895434: Drop (unused) Build-Depends on network-manager-dev

Source: strongswan
Version: 5.6.2-1
Severity: wishlist
User: pkg-utopia-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org
Usertags: libnm

strongswan declares a Build-Depends on network-manager-dev. Afaics,
configure only checks for libnm though:
PKG_CHECK_MODULES(nm, [gthread-2.0 libnm])
For that, it has the correct libnm-dev Build-Depends.

Can you please check, if the network-manager-dev Build-Depends is still
needed and drop it otherwise.
